Could astral projecting to someone(target) be one way of finding out what’s going on with their lives spiritually(like finding out why the target is experiencing negative synchronicities or if there is a spirit near the target’s presence)?
Yes, it is possible. However, one thing to keep in mind if you are not an experienced traveler, is that what you see could actually be at any point in time, not necessarily the now. For example, if you saw your friend sitting on the couch in their underwear shoving Dorritos in their face, that scene could be taking place hours, or even months in the future. It takes practice to be able to tune in to the proper timeframe when projecting or remote viewing.
Yes, that’s how most magicians attack people directly, if not by spellwork or other stuff. I’ve made certain videos on Tiktok and after some comment arguments with people, they tried visiting (or had their spirits spy on me) But I found out who it was and they paid serious consequences.

I’ve been and still continue to experience negative synchronicities that started about two years ago. I’m not sure I’m cursed or not.
You’re the target? Then you are already there and don’t need to astral project.
I do some things prepare and then “scan” for this:
- Pause in moments as you go about normal day, and notice the “ambiance” of the room, that is, the atmosphere, how it feels. Get a sampling of how your environment feels when all is well and normal, also when someone walks in an how that changes it, and become sensitive to the energies around you like this
- The next time a negative thing happens, pause and notice the ambiance again, see how it’s different
- Evoke and invoke and see again how the atmosphere changes when you deliberately pull unseen entities into your space
- Finally, now you have an idea of what’s normal around you, the next time there’s a negative synchronicity look at that ambiance (“scanning”) and you will be able to notice if there’s a difference because now you can remember what it’s supposed to be like normally.
