Yea, for a lot of people it starts with imagination, then that becomes clear images that are not being actively controlled by their own imagination. Kinda like a “fake it until you make it” sorta work. At least that worked for me. I can strongly sense energy when I am in slight trance, I feel energy more then see it and I have learned to interpret the different feelings for different types of energy. I receive images and messages from spirits as well though I am not a natural medium. Thank you for sharing your experience.

I can’t sense anything im trying to visualize but i can sense people or entities around

I’ve never had contact with spirits yet except for bloody mary when i was 6 xD

Lol im kind of the opposite, im only really good at visualizing, not very good at intuition or feeling or things like that.
I figure if i keep trying, and visualizing long enough eventually it will manifest itself.
Though im open to suggestions on ways to improve if anybody has any?
Currently mostly i’ve been using a guided chakra meditation and a biaural beat track to help.
I have candles but havent used them in a while.
