Actually Hindu deities result last, but you can’t get easily what you want, according to my experience, as myself belong to hindu religion.
They do take time to work.

Tell you what, try approachin the situtation like this. Contact the entitties that are plaquing you(which is most likely met kalfu) you and bargain with them on the terms of the curse being lifted.

If you prefer to use demons.
Evoke marbas for healing, then samael for protection.
If you prefer to use angels.
Evoke Raphael for healing, then Micheal for protection.
This is are my recommendation, moreover I haven’t worked with any of this entities, I just heard in the forum.
Apart from this there several entities who specialises in this field, you can use search button.

So here is the thing, it´s voudon doll magick so that means it´s symphatetic. Now, one option is to contact entitites like raphael to break the connection with the doll(or any entity who governs such things) or to consult about it with the entitties that are doing it, directly. Your call I suppose

As a former Hindu I’d say that the Hindu Gods are Devas, that seems to be their identity. Pretty much they’re in the same category with Greek, Egyptian and other Gods.
Some claim that Shiva is Lucifer or that Kali is Lilith. My advise would be to approach whichever deity you’re interested in as a separate deity, for example: work with Lucifer as only Lucifer and work with Shiva as only Shiva.

I think it depends on which deity we’re talking about.
I’d say do research on what all of them could help you with, then pick one that you think would be the most beneficial. For specific methods on making petitions, evocation/invocations, etc. use the search function. There are tons of methods you can find there.
