Well, Sargatanas sigil is in the shape of a moth:
…some caterpillar moths can give severe stomach pain, because some of them are extremely poisonous. A clue, perhaps, or maybe total bullshit from my small research while replying on this topic? 
I can also add that some spirits use cleansing methods that goes through our stomach. The chakra within the stomach area is called the Solar Plexus Chakra, a.k.a the residence of your allmighty Will Power, personal power and mental abilities. Cleansing there makes perfectly sense, as I see it.

That’s not for me to answer these questions. Why not ask Sargatanas, Sitri, Lilith and Lucifer yourself? I only work with Lilith and my succubus spouse, and I shared an experience which included cleansing of my stomach area / Solar Plexus chakra. Either it’s relevant to your experience, or maybe it’s an attack or even possibly a physical condition that’s not at all relevant to the spirits you meditated with.

Yes very much so. Many contact the demonic or spirit realms with bad intent and suffer the consequences. The physical signs of illness and discomfort are obvious signs that whatever your casting is not working and the deity is responding that he does not like what your doing and or the way you are proceeding with your rituals. I would definately not perform any further rituals with sargatanas.

Though sometimes there can be side-effects to casting magick. Did you do a cleansing/banishing beforehand?

Personally I find that circles are disrespectful because it shows a sign of distrust but there are circles that allow the entity inside and keep other negative influences out.
