Oh man. That has happened to me on shrooms and on a psilocybin and DMT derivative I once took. Itās different every time. Itās hard to get ahold of yourself sometimes. Once you do though it puts things into a while new light. For me, I become aware of my godself and it actually po possesses me in that state. When I make that transformation I feel more real, more vivid than when Iām sober. I once Yog Sothoth on a trip. Not many words were exchanged, but being there in that realm. The only sound and it was audibleā¦ was a strange kind of static. It made no sense, but from it I could somehow draw on the meaning of everything.
I think minor shape shifts are fairly common during invocation, as for full shapeshifts Iāve never sen one
iāve seen people shapeshift by looking into their eyes. You can see things such as what spirits/demons they have invoked and made pacts with, and their past lives
Gazing into my eyes of a family member who has been involved with the Occult i could see their true form and a being of that was covered with hair.
iāve always thought āshape-shiftingā was a mindset. Berzerkers would invoke things such as werewolf energy via hypnosis to become skillful warriors which is interesting because this would imply that theres a scientific psychology link to this. (ie also. how the muscles only exert 10% of their power but can be used 100% such as the stories of mothers lifting vehicles to save their children)

Full on physical shapeshift is most likely not possible. Thats a tremendius amount of energetic change. Going through something like that may even be painful as the mind awareness is having to maintain some sort of equilibrium or control while physical flesh and bone changes. Think about that.

shapeshifting by moving matter wouldnt really work by this universes physics. Hereās how you have to think about it, thereās an immovable rock, you canāt physically move it. But the truth is there actually was no rock there at all, or maybe there was a tree instead. Your not changing things in a traditional sense but rather your changing an aspect of the reality your observing.
Castanedaā¦move the point of union and anything can happen into the Nagualā¦
You would be surprised what is actually out there. Anyone can do it in a dream or the astral, but doing it in the physical is something else. Yes Naguals do it. So do american Indians and a few other sorcerers from remote parts of the planet. Although Nagual is very much alive and active, just reading Castanedas books doesnāt entitle one to claim successorship to those lineages. The Indians/natives of the American southwest have secret societies that do shapeshifting. Good luck getting anyone to tell you about it though. Especially if your white. Not being racist thatās just a reality of that culture.

I would start just focusing on lifting weights and see how you can sculpt your form by your own drive alone. That kind of stuff is cool but itās considered sacred and has specific purposes when itās done. In Mexico there are indigenous groups that do it as well (nahuatl is not the only sorcerous tradition from the land itās just the only one that white English speaking people have caught a glimpse of purely because of castaneda) but those groups usually do it to guard sacred land as a sentinel.

Well,
If you want to find out for yourself if youāre really interested, and have developed your astral senses enough, summon Bael or Ose and tell them if shapeshifting is possible and to teach you. And as far as the siddhiās go: have you worked on clearing and empowering and then awakening your chakras? If you havenāt, then you might want to try that(especially while being sexually celibate at the time while doing so, while working with one chakra at a time starting with the base and not moving forward until you feel comfortable and feel the chakra your working on as well as bliss within it. Then after your own experience, you determine if this is all real or not 
Also if dematerialization really is possible, whats to stop a master from forming his body differently instead of keeping his prior shape? Another way could be using ectoplasm like the mediums do, and forming it to your liking and then placing your consciousness within that created ectoplasm. this way itās not just astral anymore but physical and able to be seen by others. You could also gain many siddhis by training in the Franz Bardon system of initiation into hermetics or any other serious magical training system out there, especially if you withold your sexual energy for the time while going thru the system to use the extra energy and vitality you have, to power your mental/astral abilities.
