Any safe rituals to preform before sleep?

I would like a ritual that can kinda allow me to be possessed by an demon I trust that will put me in a lucid dream state to communicate with them. I am open to other methods as well.

Anyone you feel comfortable you can even inform him during your day and when you sleep you be ready to go

Try opening a sigil and sleeping with it under your pillow.

I meditate and visualize where I want to go. When I’m trying to contact a spirit i also focus on individual aspects of him and kinda try to project myself there.
