And for the ones asking yes what power is is subjective but just react something and I look if it’s the power that I seek if I deem it powerful enough I will do it two three times a week

What is power? Power is the ability to move energy in a given amount of time. A person who can run a 6 minute mile is more powerful than a person who can run a 12 minute mile. How do you do that - you have to train for it.
In magick, this is called “doing the inner work”, there’s no substitute, no shortcut and no freebies. Working with any entity at all helps you develop those skills. Practice, practice. practice.
