One day at my sister’s house, I was outside with my dual textbooks (Christopher and Kraig), and was reciting initiations and consecration of tools as contained within Opening by Watchtower.
I’m sitting there trying to see signs.
A creature the size of a cat with a snake like tail, spikes up the center, and a black stripes down the back and tan otherwise.
I am not quite sure what it was. Or the purpose of it appearing.
Sounds like a possum? Was it kind of rodent-looking?
I’m not sure what the magickal meaning would be .They are nocturnal omnivores, they carry thier young around which is very cute, have enormous mouths with sharp teeth but are quite timid. The tail is prehensile and they like to climb. They are beneficial for gardeners as they eat mice.
Nope, at first I got scared out of my wits because I’d been thinking about Sobek from Egyptian lore, and saw a snake like movement from the tail, but looked like an iguana or gila monster. I’d been doubly scared as I’d been reading up on basilisks.
If only it was a possum….he or she would’ve been living large off the lizards.
