Andras to destroy a relationship

Hello everyone,

After much thought, I plan to perform a ritual with Andras in order to destroy forever a relationship between two people. The only problem is that I only know one of these two people very well, the other, I only have his first name and his face in mind.

Would a ritual be as effective if I only acted purely on one of the two people?
