I know that Andras can cause equipment to malfunction and break. If someone petitioned Andras to protect them from all harm, do you think he can cause a gun to jam?
I would suggest being specific and keeping about his function to cause chaos, and ask him to “make my enemies equipment fail including all guns to jam”. I wouldn’t personally ask him for “protection”, as ime he’s not about that, he wants the death and chaos, to the point that if the enemy is busy causing chaos, he’s less effective against them because he likes what they’re doing.
