I have a feeling in my chest that will not calm down until I kill an evil enemy who has harmed thousands of people and harmed me psychologically, and I will not rest until he dies in a certain way, his clan, tribe, or people kill him by beating and kicking him to death. Excuse me, I will not tell you the details, but I am looking for a pain spell that will fulfill my wish as I requested and not in any other way. I just want him to die at the hands of his people in front of the cameras.

Celebrities of any form are very difficult to target because the people who follow them protect them magickally - their combined will is usually more than you by yourself can generate alone.
You can try Glasya Labolas, but you’ve probably got a long campaign ahead of you.
If the person has other enemies, try adding your effort to theirs to make them successful

That doesn’t matter - ALL humans are magickal beings and do magick all day every day through intention.
It’s the intention applied through will that does the actual work. Magick is not reserved for people that give themselves fancy labels. It’s in our blood.
Intention is everything.

This is part of the issue - when you get very specific with magick you could block the manifestation of the outcome via other means, in this case it could keep him alive for longer.
I would say figure our what you really want - this person out of the way asap, or to play games with him first.
The first could happen by an accident, the 2nd ALSO requires you to do persuasion magick on unknown unnumbered other people, and do it as a relative beginner… it’s probably a non-starter. You can try I guess.
I suggest doing some divination to see what the outcomes look like and to look into what the protections are. A lot of baneful magick fails because it simply bounces off protections.
Look up “curse celebs” - we have a few threads about trying to do it. As far as I know, none of them came back saying it had worked.

Uses some Djinn, they can do things fast and specifically. There’s also some Exus that you can try, but remember to be respectful and cordial to them.

If you work with djinns, do not do it as a beginner, and be extremely conscientious.
Clean the room, your body etc, and turn off your devices (like PC, phone etc, a word of advice otherwise it could break them).
