Do there exists any seals, amulets or talisman I can enhance to create grounding as an alternative to the hematite crystal?
Why do you need such things to ground? Just sink your energy in the earth.

If you want a seal, create one using the Spare method. You could also pore breathe the element of earth or consecrate a piece of jewelry, like a pendant, that you can hold when you want to ground (that’s basically all an amulet is).
You can also make the Earth tattwa (a yellow square) to draw in earth energy.
