It’s very rare to find “gurus” who have good enough kundalini understanding to be able to actively help others. A bad kundalini rising, that goes up the wrong channels or around blocks as well as blasting through them, can kill you, so in a very real sense you are lucky to be alive.
You ,might be interested in the book of the related experienced of one Gopi Krishna, who had this happen, and traveled all over India unable to find a kundalini practitioner good enough to help him. He had to work his own way out and wrote an autobiographical book to help others in a similar situation.
There are others on this forum who have the same issue - it cannot be undone and they learn to live with the changes and keep working on it to continue clearing blocks and get used to it.
From an occultists perspective, you would NEVER do this: i.e. invite random entities into your system without knowing who or what they are or setting safety boundaries. Most of the time you’ll just get some astral wildlife that will feed off you, in this case this was an entity with such a different energy system contact was damaging to yours. It’s clearly not experienced with dealing with humans like the usual known names are. On the plus side, whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, and you are now experiencing something rare and valuable.
Probably not. People come up with all sorts of nonsense to feel useful and important, and it says everything about them and their experience, and not much about you. If YOU independently get personal gnosis that this is accurate, then it’s probably right, otherwise just put it in the “that’s interesting” bucket and don’t worry about it too much. Humans are disconnected and amnesiac about who they really are by design and mostly wish they were not, it makes for weird, reaching interactions. Trust yourself first.
I think you’d benefit from learning about the human energy system in more detail. There’s two main systems or models for this, one is Yoga, which is the system that works with kundalini but the west is very poor in deep knowledge about the nadis and chakras. The other is Chinese qigong (energy training) which is a highly technical and calls these meridians and energy centers. There is a lot more detailed information in qigong for working with the human qi body, and it intends to avoid a massive kundalini raising by developing the same energy slowly and increasingly over many years.
Both start with working with the body though movement to get the physical in a state that can support the energy - in Yoga it’s asanas and in qigong it’s called moving meditation including Tai Chi.
We have a list of books that are found useful by our members for learning energy working here. Authors like Robert Bruce combine both with explanations that are accessible for Western thinkers. Unofficial Tutorials: Book Recommendations Collection - #19 by Mulberry
