Hello there, beginner to LHP and the work of Mason, in some of her rituals she says to raise your energy in order to prepare with the usual ways, but she doesn’t figure out the ways for someones who doesn’t know and it’s their first time. So my question is how I suppose to raise my energy ? With meditation, sexual ecstacy, trance, relaxation, chanting ?
Look up pore breathing.
Any energy… it kind of depends on what is appropriate for the work you’re doing. Some exanples might be amplifying emotions for spellwork to absorbing energy from sources like the sun or moon to Qi activation to black flame activation for working with infernal forces for instance (C. Kendall or “The Infernal Obelisk” has a great guided meditation on his YouTube for this) to sexual energy for communing with spirits in an invocation to a point of possession for more trad witchcraft style. Even pure dread can be a powerful tool for working with cthonic spirits (although that one particularly is not for the feint of heart).
Any ritual or spell requires energy for spirits to manifest in the material world or to be weaved and directed towards a particular goal.
