Oh yes, there are a few posts from time to time that remind me of myself and Mal in our early years. I figure having this here for someone to stumble upon takes a non-confrontational approach that can maybe “lure them away from the elephant” for a moment.

In conclusion I need to put stress on the quality sources we choose to use. Ability to differ good resources from somso ones and fatally bad is one of the most important mundane skills occult practitioner needs.

Yeah, with the advance of social media and abundance of information–I could easily gather that it leads to a lot of the situations we’ve been reading about (because these tumblr articles at times can share the same lack of warning).

Also, this is such an important post. Because often when someone voices concern about someone who maybe is under the influence of an imposter or parasite, they respond with: “Don’t you think I would notice that??” Implying that it is so easy, and that voicing concern means you depict the person as stupid. But that’s simply not the case, because it is not always easy to see through the mist.

Absolutely, and there are plenty of people that want the best for individuals affected by this (because honestly, they’ve been through the same). I defend this statement, even on the LARPers thread because of lovely people like you.
