I think a few people have threads asking for this for trauma, and nobody said you can change the past.

You can change your attitude to the past and that can help you heal your trauma, but I’m not merging this post into such threads out of respect.

Yeah I can understand that. But I don’t think forgetting per se is the best way, and I’ve never read of that being done successfully with magick (if anyone has, obviously, post here!) … but what DOES work, is you can use NLP methods to fade it (links below) then use energy work and other methods to build yourself back up.
