A lot of questions about everything

so i know basically nothing much about magic i do not know what i am suppose to do i want to first try opening my senses and try to feel energy and stuff before i try other stuff i heard meditation was best for that so have been trying to do that but i have ADHD so its kinda tough trying to stay still and concentrate so please suggest me where i should begin and stuff i should read what can i do instead of meditation, thank you

For clairvoyance you may look at an object then either look away or close your eyes, and try to recall the image of that object. Perhaps this bit of activity at the beginning can help against ADHD, another way may be to visualize a dot, circle or triangle for some seconds, then for a minute etc.
Besides visualization, another way to improve clairvoyance can be to work on the third eye with sensory/tactile practices. Rub your forehead with the fingertips of one hand, moving it horizontally. Move it back, gently rubbing the forehead with your nails. Meanwhile, try to memorize the feeling. Then recreate it without physical contact. Apply a feeling of vertical rubbing to your forehead, then also a circular motion clockwise and counterclockwise (as if the forehead was a ball that you’re rubbing )… There are also other possible movements (at the same body part): imagine to stir inside a cup; then to put your fingers in the center of a donut and to pull horizontally, vertically etc.

I hear you, meditation was a serious b**ch for me to get good at. It took me months to even be able to “quiet my mind” for longer than 30 secs. (it went quicker after that)
The benefit in normal life is at least a little less “chatter brain” all around and slightly better focus. So it’s not a total waste and certainly not only beneficial for magick.

You don’t have to sit still when meditating, especially in the beginning that was impossible for me. Meditating while taking a walk (phone on silent and packed away, no earbuds) went better for me. Doing some repetitive action (like linework/ coloring drawings, sanding down wood, archery practice, even doing the dishes etc.) while meditating also helped me to at least know how the state I was looking for felt and how to get there.

I really like this video by Jason Louv:

Also this is a seriously valuable (free) course which includes just about everything you need to get into (black) magick.

The first “demon fight” is a unique initiation—a chance to claim your power in a very real way. Many ailments, struggles, and obstacles can be seen as manifestations of darker energies, and some of these might even be the result of sorcery. This makes for a perfect opportunity to begin fighting your first demon as an act of reclaiming control over your life.

However, you don’t need to go into this alone. Allies are essential in this work—whether they be guides, spiritual protectors, or mentors who’ve walked this path before you. They provide the support, wisdom, and strength you’ll need to succeed. Just as in any battle, it’s about combining strategy with strength, and with the right allies, you’ll find yourself fortified.

In preparation, consider grounding practices to center yourself, and start building a foundation of knowledge with texts like the Emerald Tablets and the Three Magical Books of Solomon. These works are not only packed with ancient wisdom but also offer practical techniques for confronting and overcoming energies that do not serve you. With every insight and bit of knowledge, you’re charging up your “kilowatts” of power—knowledge and wisdom that fuel your magical journey forward.
