does this phenomenon increase the effectivity for any spell including baneful magick?? anyone has experience casting spell during 5 planets retrograde before?

It might if you believe it will, because your belie changes your energy and your attitude that you put into th working..
Practically, a retrograde is an optical illusion, the planetary energy has not actually changed, it’s still coming from the same place and distance it always was.
I completely ignore retrogrades and pretty much all astrology and it seems fine. It’s not that much energy compared to what’s already down here and is easily swamped, imo. Or I’m just not sensitive to that kind of energy.
