Hmmm not sure if this might be possible answer but as for a general rule if you feel a lot of resistance, that’s because you’re not quite ready yet. Just a heads up, I am pretty blunt and direct when I communicate while I try do sensitive and mindful about what I say, I can come across as harsh. The harshness while a bit rough comes from a place of care and from hard earned experience. Again with the resistance part of you feel it stop it or you need to take a break and come back. So, here goes:

Current spiritual practice - Lust: you’re the 2nd person I draw this for today. The Hebrew letter that corresponds with this card is Teth which means a serpent. Likely a reference to the Kundalini, which is what working with the Qlipha is for, Qliphoth represent the Yin of creation she Shakti (the divine feminine) force. Shakti is a healing force as she traverses the spine to meet with Shiva. Hindu terminology aside, ascending the The Qliphoth you can and should heal various traumas of yourself to become more whole as an individual which makes you ready to house the energies of the divine, meaning you will be in a good state to work with sprites in general in order for your to work with these forces, blockages has to be released, working with the Qlipha in the Qliphoth helps your accomplish that. You likely didn’t have this in mind when your approaches this current but it is likely that it is the reason why you’re on that path. But you should know there are more than one path that leads to Rome. The initiation is stirring the Shakti energy at the base of your spine, and you’re seemingly moving into the first spheres of the Qliphoth, exactly which one I don’t know yet and I am not going to guess. But it seems your have met with either Namaah or Lillith and made some form of contact. That is pretty clear.

What is not working - Queen of Pentacles: your mastery of the physician aspects of your life are not sufficient. Since we’re talking about rhe earth element here things relating to job, income, business, physical health and being grounded is not optimal. You need to see to this urgently, being ungrounded while working with these forces will screw you over. For a clear analogy…the fire burns until there’s no more land or burnable material to consume, think about that…so tend your health, get out in nature, hug a tree or sit on a rock. Don’t eat junk food and give yourself a massage, and do some physical exercise unless you’re not doing so. Exercise keeps energy loving and prevents stagnation.

What is working - The Tower: in older times this card was known as war. The letter Peh corresponds with this card which means mouth, and that letter relates to all things in there. Your speech, self expression and choice words. And Peh in turn is associated with the Planet and the God Mars. Correspondences aside, in order to forge a blade that blade has to be heated and molded into something else using a hammer inside a smithy. Same thing goes for your thoughts, words and deeds, it is all tied together how express yourself, determines what you think, what you say and what you do and therefore what result it produces in your reality. Think you’re undeserving, your expression relays your thought so to the world and your actions will ground that expression in the world. Change your mind change your worldview and therefore by extension change your world. The tower suggests you have some imbalance, and old mold that needs to be broken an outdated view that needs to go. This innitiation you did help to start the proccess, now you have to complete it.

How my spiritual practice can strengthen my faith in myself, source and life itself. - the Moon. The Hesbrew letter that corresponds with this card is Qoph - which means the back of the head. And corresponds to the astrological sign pices. Why is this important? Because one of the qualities of Picts is spiritual sensitivity to energies and the development thereof. Which is what working with the Qliphoth helps produce, sensitivity and flowing with the energy and chaos, these energies are pretty wild and fiery but can bring intense results, but in order to do that you have go with the flow of the chaos these energies produced. Meaning if you get good at working with these energies you can adapt to life a great deal better than most other people, as flexibility in times of chaos is a type of superpower. So start accessing these sensitive abilities you have to unblock yourself and a big part of that is working with your subconscious mind. For example shadow work, there are a great many resources available these days to choose from.

How my spiritual practice can give me more courage for self expression. - Three of Wands (Virtue): in this case it is almost on the nose but it simply means: act and do so in an honourable way as herring to your code of conduct. In essence don’t be a wimp or an asshole, as it is very easy to become one when working with these forces. So act for yourself and for your greatest and highest good. If you don’t you will walk in a spiritual minefield field that will cause blowback.

How my spiritual practices can help me see what’s working for me rather seemingly against me - Seven of Wands (Victory): this card relate to the perfect and complete manifestation of your will into physical reality. So in order for that to happen you have to your use your willpower to bend and mold reality into your liking. That can only happen through practice, devotion and celebrating every step you make you on this path, as noticing these small things and circumstances is what primes your mind to see the results, notice your progress and refine what you do. Witchcraft is rhe craft of the wise after all. And you can only become wise by applying knowledge you have and learn and apply again and again, until you learn something men’s. The real nuggets of wisdom can’t be written down only experienced, so keep doing, keep experiencing and keep growing.
So in essence your initiation is producing results, and if you keep going you will learn a lot. You’re likely on this path for a good reason. As few things tend to happen in the spiritual reason without some sort of reason for it. In essence it is organized chaos.

It is artistic, and I get the sense it has something to do with drawing whether digitally or not, I cannot say for sure. But you have reached the end of cycle in your creative and spiritual development that seemingly is some sort of spiritual alchemy not glass flasks but internally that seem to stem from some sort of spirit work with the Goetia.

Body: Eight of Wands - Swiftness, that is a strange combination on one hand it can mean you have an excess of internal fire, meaning you burn more nutriens than you consume and so you’d lose fat and muscle if you exercise. But I get the sense that this has to do with your metabolism, and there’s something going on with your heart and blood, here there’s a discomfort behind the sternum that makes it difficult to breathe that I don’t normally experience. This suggests since I am connected to you now that it is something that you experience from time to time especially when you exercise, and it keeps coming back, this anxiety feeling comes and goes swiftly and is a bit worrisome and it seems to be something that has been coming and going recently, but you have put it off as some sort of jitters or anxiety. But overall, your energy levels are really high and it shows.

Spirit: Two of Swords (Peace) - The card title about sums it up. What’s interesting here despite the intensity of your energy, and you have a lot of it. Your mind is a peace, that seems like a contradiction in a way as how can your body be exuding a lot of energy without affecting the mind and spirit as they’re all tied together? The short answer is…that’s usually the case when one achieves Yoga (union) with the divine in some way. Your spiritual state is that of peace and energy is moving smoothly in there, that’s all.

Friends and family: Ten of Pentacles (Wealth): hmmm how to interpret this - again with the sense of puzzle pieces, while in other areas of your life I get the sense of everything is in place. Here, the pieces of the puzzle needs to be finished. IT is like you’re swamped with work or rather tasks that you need to complete so that everything related to social life of family and friends are not there. Basically, it is like you have lots of career options/opportunities, but it has “blocked you” from spending time with family and friends. That aspect is the missing thing, that puzzle I am talking about. Not so strange if you live a busy life then usually social gatherings and such takes the back burner. So they key seems to be, share your success - you have reason to celebrate.

Romance: Queen of Cups - Hmmm, interesting case here. I get the sense that there’s this woman you’re about to meet she ought to be in the age 40+ , she’s middle-aged though that part is clear. She likely is a fellow sorceress or some kind of initiate, not seemingly LHP more akin to right-hand if’d put a label on it. I get the sense you have met beofre, but “the stars wasn’t right” at the time and so you seen each other on occassion. Personality wise, I get the sense that she’s how can I put… deep and mysterious as deep dark ocean. Warm when you get to know her seemingly a bit shy at first and can be percieved to be aloof but it is like she can read your emotional landscape like a book. I get the sense she has brown, long straight hair, she in my very brief vision wears something like this:

Challanges: The Emperor - how to interpret this, emperor represents human law and the letter that corresponds to him it Heh which essentially means: to look or behold. There are strange impressions here, on one hand it is like you have tools, skills and knowledge the archetype of the emperor, but it is like you ain’t it, yet. You need boundaries, to set them, enforce them and maintain them and find a cohesive structure of exactly where you want your future to go. Meaning, it seems tons of goals in your mind, some of which are realized because they’ve not been concretized yet. That’s the message, it seems.
12: Advice: Four or Cups: spend some time refelcting upon your true desires, since you’re in a good place in spirit and body; spend some time in nature perhaps, take a hike or simply enjoy the scenery I get the sense of sitting underneath is important for you. You’ve been busy for so long that you’ve never really sat down to take breather; to reflect. You need to do that to resolve and create the boundaries and structure talked earlier.

Like when you learn basic math in school. As you progress further…in adding dvision and multiplcation that’s a deepening of that transition of intellectual development. The key word here is transition. In this regard…looks like I might be on to something before when I said you wanted this career opportunity as a necessity which is not what you actually want for yourself. You - a summary - Eight of Swords (interference): again…, a very common card today it seems. But let’s not generalize and see how it applies to you. In essence since it is a sword card we can assume it deals with perception, cognition, intellect the mind and mental states. In this case it seems you tend to be an overthinker in some sense. Clever but at times you don’t see the whole picture because you don’t see the forest due to all the trees, buf you’re quick though to spot if someone or something is off, meaning attention to details seem to be a major strength in you. And you like to see how the small things add up into a river.

Mind - The Sun: A easy yetdifficult card to interpret as it’s meaning is multifaceted - most mages would disagree with me and say its simple yet its not but to keep as brief as possible; your mind is a place of creative exploration, I hesitate to say childish but more along the lines of in some areas you have that childlike wonder/innocence that most of us has lost. That is a most cheerished and precious gift though. Be likened to a child, for only a child can enter the kingdom of heaven. You’re good at finding ther silver lining in hard situation and shine a light on something to make it stands out in a completely new way. Meaning, in your mind it seems to be this childlike wonder of discovery which I am trying to find my way back to. I amn biased but I admire that, a lot.

Body - Art: a very big card, lots of depth and meaning and there’s a lot of symbology to unpack the hebrew letter associated with this card is samekh ~ to support. This card in general refers to art not just the one’s where you sculpt and draw or whatever but also alchemy internal or external or perhaps even both.I get the sense that in your particular case…, what you feel and what you think doesn’t line up most of the time. It is like…your life consists of two steps forward one step back. But you do experience strange moments when everything just falls into place. This may seem unrelatred to body and health but it is like, your will is pointing one way to improve your overall health, your emotions seem to say: indulge; your mind basically says: Not right now. But your will sees the end goal and your emotions feels a bit bad and wonder why you only get partially there and stay disciplined. In order to cause change internally and by extension externally it all starts with uniting the orchestra…, you have to find a way to harmonize your emotions, mind and will so they work together - not separately. It is like you’re on your way but you never really get there, to the goals where you want to be at. Because I don’t think you really know what it feels like when all that internal trinity works together towards the same goal. I think doing something creative will allow your mind relax from the stress and mental guilt that bubbles up from time to time to get to the root cause and also get that negative energy our of your body, to facilitate that transformation. Art is a great way to vent, literally it also symbology of creating somehing, even a new you.

Spirit - The Lovers: Hmmm…this is tricky to interpret on one hand the general meaning can be taken literally as in love or lovers in an intimate sense, on the other it could refer to the union of masculine and the feminine in a person. We all have that in different measures and both sides of the equation has to be balanced for us to experience union with the divine. So…the thing with you is you need to explore this balance in some way. Either through sorcery or alchemy, but your overall energy is very Yin so in your case I think it would be good to explore your inner Yang both of which can be found in Yoga, Hatha Yoga I get the sense would be a good fit for you.

Friends and family - Ace of Wands: Hmmm, I’ll be honest I don’t know exactly what this means in your case, in general when you get this card whatever you do it simply means just go for it. Like f.e. if you have dreamed of starting a porject of some kind; shoot. In this context is that you need to spend more time with friends and family and just enjoyt the moment. I say this because we’re talking about the element of fire here. Fire among many things deal like willpower, fortitude, physical activity and passion. It seems…that you need to spend more time simply enjoying quality time with people you care about, just do it.

And since swords deals with the mind, intellect, cognition, perception, etc. The age could also be the mental age, meaning an old mind in a young body. Since this came up I think this is the key here, basically iI get the sense that most partners or people you’ve had an intrest in either have been too immature or too emotional for your taste, it is like you’ve found it difficult to find someone who’s on a level mental playing field, who can discuss different topics in depth, and above all likes to tackle the though questions who won’t shy away from uncomfortable truths; an inquistive one. But I get the sense that this is something you’re looking for - a man with some serious bright beans. But I think you know someone like that. Not sure when and if you will meet soon but at some point you will.

I’d say in your case it has to deal with emotional exploration. Meaning you like things that engages emotions and emotional highs, while you likely enjoy the study pscyhology as a tool of understanding the mind, you like more the study of how it relates to emotions. This considering that your “summary” was that of air, if you’re very airy you often times don’t register your emotions as much or have a harder time recognizing them, hence why when suprises or something that novel stirs the emotional pot you get exicited. In general if we’ve busted our ass of at something but we’ve got nothing to show for our efforts that’s the kind of loss we’re talking about. Meaning hoping the fruit of your hard labor will pay off. In your case there’s the pretty clear sense that you do have a dayjob of some kind, you were likely working towards some kind of promotion or project that would improve your overall pay but it’s what you wanted and what you have to show for your efforts doesn’t match yet. You still got some time left to complete this project but the walls are starting to close in on you.

You’re dealing with monetary loss or pay cuts. Do your best to reduce the “damage” to your finances and avoid unnecessary risks, and be very cautious how you spend your money right now.

Blessings - Four of Pentacles (success): all bad things come in threes, so does the good one’s…while a proverb. It partially rings true here what I mean is, since we’re talking about earth here this indicates two roads, you either get the chance to start a new project that generates income and improve living costs or you can salvage the old one. Which it is I do not yet know, I think both are true here, you can salvage the old project enough that you can and weill mitigate the losses enough, that you will get the chance to start a new project. It wouldn’t too far fetched to say you would likely work with marketing or putting campaigns or ads for someone or something, or you’re working in a company in some kind of promotion. That’s one of the places where attention to detail, planning projects on how to affect the hearts and minds of people would matter - but I could be wrong.

Challenges - Two of Wands (dominion): partially self explanatory it deals with rulership, domination and autonomy. Will over emotions. In your case since this card shows up under challanges it would indicate you struggle with willpower. It is not like you lack drive, you don’t but it is like you have a hard time directing your will towards a singilar focus; your mind is like an ivy plant it is not means to be an insult. Ivy plants are assocated with the planet Saturn after all which is ruled by the element of air. It matters because Ivy was used to ward of against negative energies or witches, used in fertility rituals among other things. It is sturdy and stubborn but grows in all directions. You need to find a way to rule over your emotions here and unify them as talked about in the art card earlier in the reading. You have potential it seems you just need to find a way to harness it. And the alchemical process starts internally and will then trickle outwards transforming your life.
12: Advice - Nine of Pentacles (abundance): hmmm…having more than what you’d need is usually a good thing; living comfortably. The advice here is, I think, that you should work towards this as if all of the former is true regarding your finances and work-life balance, the general meaning doesn’t apply but is rather something you should work towards. It all starts with gratefulness for what you have. Meaning if you can get up out of bed, you got clothes on your body, food for the day and maybe even money to the bills, that good enough then you’re not destitute. Now spend some time to figure how/what you can do to change the situation to turn the tables so you’re not existing and celebrate and be thankful for every step of the way. The universe is going to see that you’re grateful for what you have and “say” - oh ok. so you’re thankful for the blessings, then I am happy to oblige then; have some more." Think about it this way if someone is ungrateful for a giftr you have given them, how does that make you feel? The universe sort of responds to you the same way, make sense?
