Important observation and plan
The more I read about advice, rituals and methods on and off the forum, the more I notice that they all have only two things in common: intention and faith.
By intention I mean what we want to get or do, understanding, desire… not at the level of words, but at the level of, I don’t know how to say it, understanding. Knowing and understanding the result we want to achieve.
By faith I mean simply our confidence that we will get this result by doing what we did.
Like the story in the Bible.
Woman believed that just touching the hem of Jesus garment would heal her, and she pushed through the crowd to do so. When she touched, Jesus felt power go out from Him, turned, and spoke to her tenderly, affirming that her faith, not just the touch, was what made her well.
Visualization, mantras, objects, etc. are just attributes that help strengthen faith, but have no power in themselves. I did a bunch of these visualizations, cleansing and banishing, listened to mantras (even here you pointed out that you need to listen to them with intention). But none of it helped.
And if only faith and intention were important, then every fanatic would perform miracles. But they don’t. Yesterday I began to seriously think that these two points are not enough.
I’ve been thinking about this and realized that beyond faith and intention, there must be something that gives us power. That’s why all you super-witches say, “Just do this and that,” and it works for you, but for a huge number of newbies, it doesn’t. I’ve reviewed a bunch of forum threads where no rituals or methods have helped people. I’ve tried all of this myself and nothing worked. But some people claim it helped them.
If the method is the same but the result is different, then there must be something that determines its effectiveness other than intention and faith, right? ![]()
So, I started thinking. In many threads, people only got better after someone, or some other spirit, helped them. In traditional Christian exorcism, all exorcists constantly repeat that only by the power of Jesus, the Archangels, the Saints, Mary, or God can they cast out demons. The Bible says that in the name of Jesus, demons will be cast out.
Here on the forum you say that I have authority, that we have strength and all that.
And I started to think that in all of this, someone was constantly turning to some kind of force to do something. The name of some spirit or something like that is always present in these cool rituals.
And today I thought, what if this “my” power also needs to be addressed somehow, a relationship built with it, for it to work? People used to mention the “higher self.” Maybe this power isn’t mine, but my “higher self,” and to use it, I need to address it, build a relationship with my “higher self”?
The only thing that can explain why one method works for some people and does not work for others is the personal strengths or abilities of the people who use the method.
