Liber Lilith is a gnostic grimoire and this is a simplification of the (classical) gnostic creation story, so yeah there definately is a connection.
I’m still a bit undecided about the nature of The Demiurge. It’s certainly a force that resists us from ascending too much. I think it’s also possible that it’s a natural consequence of being a consciousness like that, instead of an entity that deliberately traps and enslaves us.
I sometimes, as a thought-experimenting, like to consider The Demiurge as “the ego” on a macrocosmic level. In that consideration on a microcosmic level our spirit and soul could be Source and ego would be the selfproclaimed one and only god.
A funny realisation I had during such a though-experiment is that a very blasphemous act against that god would be to understand that we mostly shape our ego ourselves and can regulate the influence it has on us. Especialy when we learn to connect to our spirit and soul more than our ego.

In Jewish Kabbalah, YHVH is loosely “him that makes that”. Meaning him which is maker of all. YHVH is directly referencing “source” in Kabbalist ritual. And the angels are the direct emissaries of that “All” presence.
The 72 names of god are all combined into what is called “Tetragrammaton”. Which is the label for the total name of YHVH.
I NEED to KNOW from God/Source Itself. But, perhaps as far as THAT goes, I need what I CAN’T have, for now at least, and I am thence defeated…
Well, now that we finally have a true translation of the Old Testament in “The Naked Bible”, we know that God of OT (Jahwe or Elohim as he/they are called in King James bible) is just the Annunaki who came here and enslaved us and their god.
I personally have come to the conclusion that Jahwe is actually the Annunaki god Marduk, that they tricked us to worship. And when Jesus came and taught us about his Father, he was actually talking about Source.
But as I understand it, demiurge may have become an imposter demon who have placed himself between us and Source, so even though a Christian talks to the God Jesus presented, demiurge steps in between and catches our worship energy.
I have asked myself several times why a god of the race that enslaved us would help us when working with “The Necronomicon spell book”, but so does God/demiurge/Jahwe on the other hand. Demiurge/Marduk just needs us to think about him to stay powerful, and doesn’t mind helping us sometimes if it gives him better a rumor and more attention. I just fear that he binds us tighter to the Matrix when we work with him.
I do like Kurtis Joseph’s channeling of Azazel, where Azazel says that first Source created lucifer, then the rest of the watchers/(Arch)angels, then Universe. And it was WE who created demiurge by believing he existed and all he knew was what we believed: that he was first and omnipotent, so he forced the watchers so comply. Some stood up for us and were cast out of heaven.
