Mantras and enns can be chanted quietly in your mind, and it is sufficient. However, the most important aspect is your intention—knowing why you are chanting in your mind, feeling the desire to manifest it, and empowering it from your heart and soul.

Because magick increases chances, it puts odds in your favor. It doesn’t materialize things out of thin air.
Magick is 100% a real thing. And because of that, it works like a real thing. It has its own rules. You can use it to go the route of the rich and famous, but you still need to work to make that happen.

One thing that helped me over come the fear of entities is knowing that realizing what religion did in the days of old.
It clicked with me that religion was the technology (phones, computer, etc.) of the old days where getting people to work together under a common theme was make or break for your civilization.
Religion was used to control, which is what made so many wars and attrocuties of the times.
" People have kill in the name of whatever they hold higher than themselves. People killed in the name of God for centuries. "
There is a lot of religious dogma that’s been spread across the world. Things aren’t always as they seem in that sorta way.
For me looking at demons was odd because I was drawn to them. But the way I look at it is that just like people of this world.
There are people we label bad and good, I find that looking at it this way helps a bit.
Because I’ve only had one encounter with a malignant demon. But I’ve also had encounters with benevolent demons.
Don’t get me wrong I’ve feared when I summoned a succubus for a bit. But fear of the unknown is a hard thing to squash.

Can Rafael heal genetic diseases?
Personally, I cannot confidently say anything about the effectiveness of working on genetic disorders, especially more serious ones. In my case, it was food intolerance and bone problems, which I still have on paper but not in my life anymore, and Hekate, Raphael, and Lilith helped with that 
Logically speaking, if medicine can’t provide a solution, it will be even more challenging with magic. But I am someone who is proof that nothing is impossible; it’s just a matter of how you approach the problem and not expect the impossible.
However, Raphael is someone who always helps me personally with various issues, as well as Hekate. I’ve also seen Marbas work wonders. I certainly believe that genetic disorders can be alleviated and controlled, but to what extent and how would depend on the specific situation.
Now, when thinking about genetic disorders, working on DNA comes to mind, which, of course, opens up a new topic. But a simpler and shorter explanation could be “programming DNA.” … To not go out of topic
