Who is Chhinnamasta and why does she look like Kali?

I stumbled across this Hindu Goddesses called: Chhinnamasta as anyone on this forum worked with her before? If so is she like Kali in a sense? They look very similar mainly because of the skulls around their neck are they sisters By any chance?

I have not worked with her but I believe she is considered to be related to Kali in some form with certain sects of hinduism. But I would be interested in working with her one day based on what I could find
