I’ve read a lot of occult books, everything from Crowley to Donald Tyson to the … to Phil Hine and Peter Carroll, but hands down, it was EA’s Works of Darkness that had the most profound affect on me.

I really liked Jason Miller’s Protection and Reversal Magick for it’s use of non-Judeo-Christian references of any kind. It was needed in my case. Based heavily into calling on Hecate, which was perfect, as she is my Matron and the reason I finally leapt into the darker aspects of the Occult.

There’s been many but I have not seen Ekortu mentioned yet and for me his Thursakyngi series has been a huge influence
