I went from an introvert shut-in to one who moved in many circles. You’ll be fine, especially with magick. I’m guessing any awkwardness is only being made worse by you thinking of it as awkward. Magick can improve your social skills, though.
I always assumed that Sitri (12th demon of the Goetia) was the “go to” spirit for attracting sex, or getting the attention of someone in particular. In fact, the latter might be the easier option, since you can focus your energy onto that one individual. You have to put in the hours, after all…the universe isn’t going to just drop a gf into your lap (though I admit, that would be awesome).

But I’ll also just say here that I’m a law student on the East Coast, and I’ve been researching the academic/philosophical side of magick for a long time (starting way back as a freshman in high school, when I first started reading Crowley). My practical experience is super limited though, so I’m happy to be here.

Also one very cool book I know works really well is magickal attraction by Damon Brand pick the one of the three rituals which fits your situation do the ritual exactly as he tells you and let them find someone suitable for you They know better than you do what you need Happy Magick
A great shortcut is to work on your self-love first. That can attract a partner, or it make prime you to then externally attract someone.

Love spells are great for two people who already have a fire but kinda tricky if its one sided,
What I did was as many have stated was I worked on myself first an learned why I’m attracting what im attracting in my life then I learned what I actually wanted instead of what I thought I wanted or second best or settling ect,
Id like to think that the main entity that can help you is you, things that last usually dont come very fast an have multiple steps to them in my experience. I’d start with the person in the mirror an see what comes walking into your life without you seeking it.

If you’re looking for love or a change of fate I recommend angels, angels of alchemy by Damon brand is about doing internal magick to change your personality to manifest things. I think this would be super helpful for cultivating that charming and strong personality.
I just recently worked with Amiel for becoming charming, and accessing my raw sexual charisma. As well as helping me stay confident and calm while talking to people I find attractive.
If you’re anything like me you’ll want a mix of lust and love.

Yes, through many people’s replies(including yours) I’ve come to the conclusion that working on myself would be the best course of action and eventually I’ll have chances of being in a relationship. Thanks for the advice!
