It’s probably deliberate. I don’t think a mistake such as forgetting the V at the bottom of the sigil would be made unless it were a legit sigil of Lucifer???. Entities do have variations of their sigils…perhaps this is one of which??? It’s not uncommon for occultists to channel different ones.
