What's the difference between dark and light?

how does darkness and lightness differ?
Is light about loving …?

Is dark about individualism … ?

Depends on what you mean, dark and light are just concepts, both can be loving, both can also mean individualism it depends on the perception the person wishes to immerse themselves in.

In another sense they are elemental energies with no meaning besides being 2 of a plethora of elements.

where does Lucifer stand? darkness or light?

I would say both, just like Archangel Michael in my opinion, based on personal experience from what i can remember i think

Both have shown me love, and care, and protection ( in different ways I believe personally)

expanding upon what @anon48079295 said, i would add perhaps in some cases Darkness is more dense while Light is more light from what i THINK I can remember, but i could be wrong in this statement

what do they mean by" embrace the darkness of Lucifer?"

light can be more dense than dark in elemental energy wise, it depends on the person’s own energy’s density.

It’s not really literal I don’t think more symbolic as one would embrace Lucifer himself or immerse themselves in his energy.

The concept of “dark” has been so prostituted that I don’t know what it means anymore. As for “light”, the concept has been given a bad name because of shallow people who claim to be spiritual. However, within the system you choose to follow, you can find your own meanings.

Edit to add: In the gospel of John 3: 19-21, there is an idea of what “light” and “dark” are, which is a basis of our cultural understanding of the concepts and their application:

19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

You can extract from verse 21 a little lesson about high magick

They are two sides of the same coin.
