Why are you allowing you mother, these people and parasites to continue to abuse you? This is mental and emotional abuse and is exactly why you are having issues with self-belief. ANYONE would in your situation.

This is not making you happy, it’s not helping you or your family be happy and well - it’s dividing your family and causing strife. You do need protections as these parasites are invading your space and spying on you. You could try this: Remove permission and set up a camouflage shield. Intend that the shield shows them what they want to see, a good boy doing as he’s told, they have won, all is well and they can relax and leave you alone.
You can use these instructions for a mirror shield, but make the shield a sphere all around you, and then make a SECOND spherical shield also outside this and larger that is like a TV that shows them a nice happy show that keeps them off you.
