What's about this sigil and my decrease in self-belief?

Today I felt that I woke up early than my sleep time, I felt sleepy and laid in the bed without checking time, I heard a feminine voice, I heard krim along with probably 2-3 more words, I heard the mantra more than one time, I probably heard for around 30 seconds. From 16th I chanted this for atleast 30 minutes(mostly in my mind) while looking at the sigil I drew. Last two days I sat in sunlight at around 12:45 time.

Mother Kali is not judgmental at all. If you respect and love Her then you will become Her child. She will protect you and bless. Now to filter out trickster spirit please do the following: Hold the Kali mudra and then say 1) Kring Kring Kring Swaha 2) Aum Kali Kapali Dahi Dahi Swaha and finally say 3) Aum Krim Kalikayai Namah. After holding the Kali mudra and saying these mantra any trickster spirit would vanish or destroyed. More importantly the second mantra is an exorcism mantra. Please do not be afraid to invoke or evoke Her. If you are one of Her children She will never stop calling you until you come and bow before Her. My advice is not to resist Her calling. Also I heard about something to be done in relation to the entities here(they maybe archons). One of the most popular of the ones here said that bad is being seen(for the future), maybe around 300 of these will gather. It’s being done after 18 years.
