The most frequent method I use is vibrating sounds.
Occasionally I use visualizations and breath control if I feel I need more focus or I feel a particular center needs extra work.
can you give more details here? i found this one…is it good or not??
Very similar. I use a different order as to which sounds link with which centers, but that is my personal experience/preference.
For reference, EA’s refers to using a similar method in Chapter 7 of Ipsissimus.
From my research it is usually recommended for the student to vibrate the vowel sounds of their mother tongue, using complete whole breaths extending the exhale.
When I was experimenting with this years ago I was recording myself with a cassette recorder. With specific vibration’s I was able to cause the recorder to vibrate to the extent that it interfered with the recording. It was about 15 feet away from me.
So you can get external effects as well as internal effects.
