What spirit/ritual to help with anxiety?

Hi!
So I finally asked, what can I do to help ease my anxiety and make me a little braver to do the things I’m afraid of?
I wasn’t home to receive a letter and got this ominous little note slipped in my postbox and I almost had a heart attack. I don’t wanna be scared of a piece of paper, and whatever it is, I want to be able to handle it. There are many reasons and layers to this, I’m still young and basically alone in the world - I want to try to be less afraid.
I guess a stiff drink or 2 would do it, but that’s not ideal for weekly situations or something :frowning_with_open_mouth:
I have a few books, I’m just not sure where to start.
:orange_heart:

Belial can help you become a lot more courageous and fearless, Raziel is also a good choice if you want to start off lighter.

Personally, I wouldn’t rely on spirits to fix it for me.

Usually this calls for a deepdive in meditation and trance for me. But that’s not without it’s hazards.

If I would involve any spirits. I would let Lucifer bring up and highlight the anxiety so I can examine it.
Or I would be doing the things I am a little afraid of as an offering to a spirit that helps me work on these kinds of issues (for me that would be Belial, Abaddon, Lucifer, Melinoë or The Great Hecate herself). That usually lets me be a little braver than I would normally be and also results in insights from them that can help to resolve that issue in most cases.

All the spirits mentioned in the thread should be good.

The problem with depression is that it revolves on a very large number of levels.

In other words, you should become the person you have never been.

The best choice is sports, it balances and strengthens the body, releases endorphins, strengthens the sense of self-confidence. The more activity the better.

Especially when you don’t feel like it, you should still do it.

From spirits, I personally bet on Asmoday. The Lord of Motivation.

Everyone looks for magical healing, but everything is still focused on changing your life, removing weaknesses and strengthening the body.

Besides, what is self-confidence? It is the confidence in your own power.
When there is power, fear disappears.

take methyl b complex and stay off all vegetable oil except cocanut ( not palm oil ) until your vitamin b levels are up

hi! thank you. I did hear about Belial - mostly that he turns your life upside down, rebuilds it from the ashes or something? eh, maybe not for me, I lost almost everything and need more of a safety at the moment, you know, the inner peace, power within.
I’ll look up Raziel, think he’s in Tempests books, I’ll have to re-read that one. did it help for you?

It depends on what kind of endurance potential a person has. Everyone describes their own experiences. It’s not as it seems. It’s easy to destroy someone.

Maybe this will help,

Always meditate and use this mantra before a situation that stresses you out.

If you want to overcome your fear, you have to face your demons.
It will get easier every time

As for Belial, I doubt he’ll hurt you. He has a lot of tenderness for women. At least that’s what I assume.

Not always, the reason many people say Belial turns your life upside down is because he tends to help us heal by bringing repressed things to the surface meaning everything bottled up will come out. It’s a long term and relatively permanent fix but it’s a very daunting process to face. For me his presence has always been comforting despite its intensity and I believe that’s why I found the process easier than most. And from my experience his energies are heavily grounding and a part of my issues were solved by that.

I haven’t personally worked with Raziel but I’ve heard some good success stories from him. It really just depends on how you want to go about it as there is quite a few beings you could ask, such as Semeot from the Lucifer and the Hidden Demons book is said to help you overcome nerves and anxiety in high-pressure situations (and while you know the situation isn’t high pressure some part of you believes it is for whatever reason so I think he’d be a good choice).
