Deities have different look on you that depends on your gender. Unfortunately I understood it on my own experience with crazy-radical-feminist-deities in my past. So I want to know how does Inanna/Ishtar relate to men? The experience of male magicians is more important to me

For me, Ishtar is one of the most wonderful spirits I work with.
The first contact for me was back in 2021. It was just thought of her name in my mind. Nothing more. Never heard of her before. She came to me.
It’s bit hard to describe but she can embody any phase or role of a woman, from a maiden, girlfriend, motherly caretaker to a wise crone. Also she has some remarkable fighting skills, not in a bad sense. I would just describe her as complete and whole.
One night I remember being depressed as shit and I recalled I could ask her for some help, but then dismissed it genuinely like why to even bother her for someone like me. I did not ask and just fell asleep. That night was one of the most therapeutic shit I have ever experienced.
She also likes to shapeshift to animals, take me to places, wrestle and give wisdom.
I have much more records in my journal if you’re interested but they feel almost too personal.
I also once asked her for some kind of a chant/enn and got this - “Dingir lu casu Ishtar!” - if anyone would like to experiment with her.

The reason I’m asking exactly this question is to be sure that I will not dive in another rabbit hole with deity that works in a respectful way only with a specific gender. I had enough of it in my past

@Alore Ishtar blurs the line between the gender anyway. You can be male, female or any measure of in between. She will make you get in touch with your true self, make you strong and courageous. For she’s a warrior and will teach you to fight and make you stand up for yourself.
