What is wealth?

What is wealth?

I believe this is referring to material wealth such as money.

But good question everything only has as much value as you give it.

These spells can be manipulated to help you obtain your own type of wealth, or what you consider of valuable as well.

Thanks but don’t limit wealth.

The above posts were moved to its own thread so as not to take away and distract from the announcement for the live chat and wealth magick book, and so the conversation of wealth can be continued.

I think abundance has less of a limit than wealth personally. Wealth can be a pretty low bar. Say for instance you had moderate savings and went to live in a third world country… whereas abundance is less… Idk how to word it eh… measurable/limited? Just my 2 cents since the discussion is semantic in nature.

Yeah no lie. Don’t limit wealth :money_mouth_face:. Especially with self limiting beliefs.

Add:
Wealth ie per oxford dictionary (an abundance of valuable possessions or money)

I still stand by it’s depends on what you consider valuable :wink:. Not everyone persons wealth is the same. One mans trash is another man’s treasure. And pretty sure that’s giving wealth an unlimited potential vs limiting it. But that’s my personal gnosis :metal:.

I stand corrected (humbly).

Totally agree with this though I think a measure of wealth to be a personal viewpoint as opposed to an absolute.

I sense an agenda,
so if I’ve offended you I apologize.
Just trying to keep this discussion and on topic thanks.

Haha I appreciate that and believe me when I say I didn’t take it that your stance was to slap me with semantic rhetoric. However I do appreciate the value of words so it’s always good to whip out the ol dictionary :wink:

This true dat dictionary :rofl::rofl:
Well sometimes :thinking::joy::joy::joy:

But as for wealth convo

I would consider a person with moderate income, many friends, experiences, and free time and happiness to be wealthier than say

A person with high income, no friends, no time for experiences and constantly attached and or fighting to keep said money.

Wealth as in money wealth is your collection of valuable assets. Currency, equities, bonds, commodities, real estate, collectibles, all your stuff that holds financial value.

Wealth can also have a similar meaning to abundance, meaning just lots of something.

Abundance is having more than you want or need. It is the opposite of scarcity.

I create abundance; wealth flows through me. That statement means that you create the causes and conditions for having more, of anything and everything, than you want or need. You receive money, you spend money, you receive money, wealth flows through you.

I wouldn’t consider someone with less than $1m in assets to be wealthy, and $1m is very much so poor wealthy and even saying that someone worth $1m is wealthy is a bit of a bold statement. Regardless, though, if you’re worth $3,000, and even if that’s just $3,000 in cash being destroyed by 8.6% inflation, that $3,000 is your wealth. If the only asset you own is your residence, that is your wealth. If you have $200 in vintage baseball cards, that is your wealth. A car isn’t really so much your wealth because it’s depreciating in value and not meant to store value over the long-term and also doesn’t represent ownership in a business which generates cash flows.

If you create abundance, then it’s not a huge deal how much wealth you have because you should be creating an abundance of whatever you need, which would include opportunities for financial growth. Growth means it gets bigger. Sometimes magick needs time to manifest stuff but I’d rather be manifesting wealth and abundance than not manifesting wealth and abundance.

You night want to pre this it tells about different kinds of wealth

Add: it’s not just about investments (if you only read the page I linked that is).

I just saw the topic title and the word Ease popped into mind.

To me that is what wealth is. You can have a wealth of all kinds of things and it’s not just about money. In any area of life that you personally can say you have ease with, you have a wealth of that, and because of that ease you can appreciate it and be grateful.

A wealth of knowledge, a wealth of time etc.

When you have more than plenty of something you can view it differently than if it were lacking in it. Perhaps that’s why the people we see as wealthy don’t see money the same way as most other people do.
Maybe they see their business deals as a game and they play to win, the money is a byproduct of their game.
