I got expelled twice because of my disability and asked his help to make the judges rule in my favor. I managed to get back to my university and keep my scholarship and I finally had access to the accommodations that I needed thanks to Belial. People with disabilities are treated like trash here on my country and it’s very rare for someone to get accommodations on universities.
Even the subjects that some professors didn’t want to teach me I was able to get a high grade because I asked for Belial’s help. He helped me to study and understand many difficult subjects too.

First of all before working with him K.Belial was watching me, then felt him calling me. Then like most magician who know about his workings, i did not pick up his calls.
But After years of fear working with him (due to stories) - i just said “Fuck it, Whatever Happens haappens.” Then i summoned him and started to work with him. Judging by your post question, he is probably calling you, but you are in that stage of fear of working with him (guess do to his Tough Love). Same fear i had.

According to my life experience, when i hear the word K.Belial, i think of a “Bulldozer” you know those catapillar Heavy Machinery.
You want something, he will give you what you want (Most times very fast), But for a price that somethings (including you & loved ones) will be greatly affected Negatively. He smashes obstacles.
A good example, K.Belial has destroyed my relationship with my sister (one of my dear one who helps me in times of need). According to him, its necessary for my ascend ( which is true i have witnessed). Losing my love from my sister is fucking painful, but i enjoy the fruits from the results.
I have more examples, but won’t share all. Some just check my previous posts i have mentioned about him. The good thing is that not all times will be hell in your life, sometimes you might have results without any pain involved (i think after you have increased ua relationship with him). For example one of his powers i enjoy is Mind Control, Guidance & Strong Protection. K.Belial is mostly very fast at manifesting desires. So my advice is that you need to have a strong mindset before working with him. And if you feel him calling, just know its an important issue in your life. The way K.Belial works, it very similar to the way Body Builders, Milatary Men think. The mindset “The gate to heaven its just at the deepest depth of hell itself. When you say that I didn’t contact him out of fear, I agree. That’s the truth.
Belial, for me, means the peak that I can experience in goetic magic, which is why I feel so afraid of being frustrated.
Some time ago, I asked another king of goetia (Balaam) what it would be like to work with Belial, and Balaam answered me through two Tarot cards, which I consider to be a very astute answer, very characteristic of Balaam’s oracles:

Yes, like most people who work with Belial now, that it took a lot of courage and mental toughness preparation to work with Belial. But there is one problem ? You will never feel you are prepared enough. No one does, its just a matter of closing your eyes, jumping of the cliff - Blind Faith, but with great intention (Your Why) set. Most people when it comes with demons, they stall. Its good to do your homework, but too much of something is poisonous. When it comes to stalling, what is actually happening is that its all fear eating you up. Yes, fear has its place and it deserves to be there. But when you let fear dictate your life, then you will never get the benefits.
I do agree with you, like you said, “Belial is Fucking Dangerous”. But the problem is that most peoples’ fear blind them, is that “Belial is dangerous” yet Belial one of the best of all. Imagine having Belial’s respect, what benefits you will receive. And that’s what i believe its pulling you to him and also the fact you think about Belial much, is that he might be the one summoning you. When Belial summons you, god damn!!! just know there is something special about you (especially related to Freedom, Power or Breaking Chains).
Just to conclude remember this:
Belial is like that gym instructor or military general, every time pushing you to your limits everyday or now & then. He will send you to the greatest wars in life, you will suffer, you will be in pain, tears will be there, in that moment he will look at you with no mercy, laugh at you, heck even add more salt to your wounds, but the choice of survival is up to you, you will be the one to choose whether you want to live or die/fail. if you fail, all that pain, challenges, will devour you, destroying you & he will laugh at you when this happens because you are the one who made the decision to fail. but if you overcome his test, you will gain his respect and big rewards will be given to you.
This is why Belial is considered dangerous. Actually, soon i will make another short post about him on how he is destroying my life now, for a better tomorrow.
Remember, you can never be prepared enough. The same courage and faith you used to overcome the fear of working with demons (after years of religious fears about the devils) is the same you will need to work with Belial. If you still see his working extreme, then work with him, while having another spirit guide by your side. But for the sake of your growth, not all help will be granted in times of tears. Also Azazel, Asmodeus/Aeshma, Satanachia, Abaddon are the kind of dangerously the same. They have this mindset of "Everything must be destroyed, Before we build anything new and long-lasting. But think and keep your eye on the rewards not the danger/challenges.

In my opinion, Belial represents strength and rationality. Like a soldier or a Great Yogi.
He hates addictions, he is the one who is supposed to break the chains. If you want to give him drugs, you will probably take them yourself and that is absurd.
He likes sex, alcohol, blood and will be of greater use from these than from handcuffs and bullets. Another thing is that he is the one who does not bow to anyone. He does his job according to his will. The first and most important thing is to hide in the shadows. If you don’t want to follow the law strictly, do it within its boundaries, but legally.
No one can guarantee what will happen to a person who seriously violates the law and deserves punishment.
I wouldn’t risk Belial always sticking his neck out for someone else’s stupidity.
