If people are buying these things couldnt they simply be done by yourself as such by feeding an energy ball with intent and power and then absorbing it into yourself as obviously its all a mental act of the mind seeing this done?

Might be more than that though.
I cannot see it being as this is just magick like we all practice, sadly some stuff gets hyped up to get people to buy it. But I guess its simply direction of energy like when doing a working where you make your own energy ball at times to feed into a talisman, seal, sigil etc.
