I’ve heard it mentioned on here before, but I never knew exactly what it is… Is it similar to shadow work? Or more energy work related?
Sounds like a broad term , you can use sex and sexual energy as a generator for any type of manifestation

@Mind_Seeker20 There are different types of sexual healing. You can have sexual healing via shadow work this is usually done for those who have experienced traumatic experiences such as rape or sexual abuse.
There is sexual healing done via mixing chakras cleansing with the act of sexual energy created through masturbation or intercourse.
Sacred sexuality which is ritualising sexuality and sexual acts by embodying the divine. Some do this using various deities of love and sexuality. There are probably many more branches too such as tantra ect…
