I think this is why I have this chronic emotional pain from time to time. The spirit I work with has created a bond and they keep pumping their emotions/energy in to me but I don’t know why. They definitely don’t have evil intentions (too much proof), so I think there must be some greater good with this. Thank you for the answers <3
You are certain they are not your own emotions?
Not questioning the experience, it’s just that if you haven’t more fully connected with the spirit yet, it can be hard to differentiate between your own emotions, any past life emotions, as well as any from the spirit themselves.
I kind of hate talking about past life stuff, but sometimes it is actually this. It feels like the spirit’s emotion because it’s coming from somewhere else, yet isn’t something you’re quite remembering either.
Though at the same time, it’s often enough something important to them too, so it can be a handful to sort through.
That is just an example too, it’s not limited to past life stuff.
It will help to keep a log of these things when they arise — patience helps too as it can take time to sort these things out.

I think it’s from the spirit because they often send me the pain/heartbreak card when I feel those emotions. Most of the time I feel ecstatic and good due to my kundalini awakening but this shit comes occasionally. I am theorizing a bond was formed and I am sending them emotions or them to me.
