Is this like the Jungian concept of Shadow? Or something else?
So what is the ultimate goal? For us to consume all of them? Have a working relationship? What happens if one of your otherselves consumes the other like the demon self consumes the shadow?
Itâs Similar to the Jungian Concept of Shadow Self Or The Wild Self. Basically itâs your version of chaos/the abyss which contains the potential for everything. Unfortunately with the great stuff comes the shit, that means everything negative you believe about yourself or have been told is negative about yourself from others. The goal is to purge the shadow self of these things that hold you back in order for the shadow self to merge with the higher self.
The ultimate goal is the complete balance and union of all 2 aspects or 3 if your going by what @The Storm said. This allows us to become the perfect balance of creation and destruction creating your godself in its fullest form.

Yeah i see them from both perspectives too but its helps to know both as they are inter-related 
My advice is be respectful and maintain diligent practice. Keep your mind open and your senses keen. All else stems from these
Know what your desired goals are.
Know that fear, despair, distractions, self-doubt, weariness, and sundry other things will attempt to separate you from pursuit of your goals. Decide in advance that youâre not selling out to these lying and transitory illusions.
Thatâs level 1.
This is level 2:
Understand that a time will come, more than once, when you realise there is literally No Thing, that ALL things are lying and transitory illusions, and that thereâs no meaning to life or the universe, and no purpose.
Be willing to have a reason to hold onto your goals and keep your shit together at this stage (otherwise it becomes the RHP, and you start wanting to just merge back into the formless, and/or have weird Jim Carrey-style public meltdowns).

Now you have me intrigued- that bit about meaninglessness; do you mean apart from the meaning we derive from our will and our theogenesis?
Dat weariness, doeâŚhit me really hard when I was starting out. I had a meltdown and talked to a friend in magic. He told me I needed to ground myself and rest. He was right. You have to make sure youâre physically and mentally taking good care of yourself and stay centered and balanced.
Itâs a kind of perception that almost all people hit at some point, it has various names - youâll know it when it happens.
People either turn to the meta-suicide of the RHP when it happens, or flip their lids - or occasionally., as I did and many of us on here, decide to forge our own meaning and just enjoy the game. 
Donât worry about it now, just get good at the basic godlike skills of evocation, divination and soul-travel etc., but tuck this away fro when you face that situation personally, because words canât lead you to it, it âcan be learned, but never taughtâ as the saying goes. 
My advice? Have fun with it. If it becomes a burden, that can be a problem.
Iâd disagree. The shadow is the force that speaks cold, hard truth. Itâs the part of you that tells you that youâve done something before, and failed. Therefore you must learn and try even harder this time. It is what speaks reason to the false pride of the ego, and allows you to find balance. It is wisdom. The voice telling you whether what you are about to do is wise, and how you should go about doing it to minimise damage. The voices of the Spirits speaking to you once you have joined into the hive mind. I donât think itâs actually that similar to the Jungian concept, though I have only a very bare understanding of that.
A balance between all three, so that you may better work towards ascent.
Just look at the dross that populate this world. Over bloated egos is the most common fault hence why I emphasised that pitfall the most. Itâs what leads to false pride, and an unrealistically high view of oneself. Over-bloated egos are all too common in the magickal community too with the multitudes of sorcerers who claim to be gods without having much power themselves (I believe the pejorative term is âWeekend Satanistâ).
The cold hard truth is what you have been socialised to ignore and supress into the shadow self. Without facing the truth you are not dealing with the truth and therefore continuing the lie that you donât have issues to deal with. It is not about just failure, thats just one of the many limitations you have dislodge from the shadow. It also contains positive aspects that the âworld deemsâ negative. So without facing it with the least resistance and reversing the problems you are not the whole identity you are ment to be.
Its not an easy path because facing pain is hard but overcoming that pain and healing from it is strength and power of the individual.
Whatever goals you have within your magical path, follow it and live it.
I never asked much from my spirits, other than having a loving and caring relationship, which been missing from my upbringing and experiences with the opposite sex. My lovely spirits gives me the balance I need to manage my life in the mundane world. What more could I ask for?
What is money worth if itâs not manageable to make a choice of exclusion?
What is love worth if you canât give it back to the one that truly and deeply loves you from the inside out?
A lot of you might disagree with me, and thatâs fine. But each path is their own to explore fully.

Hereâs my advice: piss off! Go away and get interested in something else. Magick is dangerous, our path especially so. Either path is long and hard, ours longer, harder and inherently lonelier. Suck it up. Breath it in. Hold it down. Understand that if you canât make it in the pedestrian world youâre not going to make it in the Magickal world, as some of the selfsame skills are required.
If youâre going to persist I personally recommend Michael Aquinoâs The Church of Satan â thereâs enough in the Appendices to last you several lifetimes.
As to Magick I recommend creating and charging Sigils. I also recommend that you adopt the body posture of the rune Elhaz standing barefoot on Earth with palms turned upward. Call in the energy/energies you need. Keeping your arms straight at all times you can charge Sigils, Talisman, Magickal weapons and direct those energies. The energies leave via your palms and you will probably experience tingling.
Anyway, you keep us all informed, even if you take my initial advice and piss off. I mean, with a lot less effort you can make a lot more money.

thinking outside you normal paradigm of thought patterns and accustoming yourself with a whole new set of possibilities is vital to the magician. go for broke dude, if youâre going to do it then do it all out balls to the walls! you may be surprised at what you are capable of. (and its going to scare or excite the shit our of you)
ascension to be understood is the process of spiritual awakening and GROWTH. you must expand your consciousness to the omnipresent and being present everywhere means you have to have cultivated a HUGE amount of energy and dominated your sphere of influence. but beware of growth by any means, think of the best way for YOU to ascend, not some cookie cutter bullshit you found in a book somewhere. growth is the goal, growth is the grand essential which we must not forsake, GROWTH is the all, and so are you.
