Does anyone know what a third nipple under the left breast could mean? I’ve read somewhere it is a witch mark but I wonder if it could mean something else 
A third nipple is a common minor birth defect, any further meanings is a early stage tumor, or malignant growth…I dont think there’s any real spiritual meaning. It’s just a defect of the body.
