Weight manipulation or body type switch spell

Hi everyone!
I’ BenHar! I’m new here and I don’t have any experience with magic yet but I was always interested to try it some day.

I was wondering if there was a spell that could alter someone’s weight or maybe switch body type with someone else.
Or maybe a kind of curse to cast on a ring that’ll make the wearer gain.

I’ve always been really insecure in my body and I can’t gain weight (believe me I’ve tried)

As I say I’m new to all of this and don’t know anything about magic yet.

Could someone help me with that ? Or if you have any beginner spells I can practice before going further ?

No, you cannot switch body type with someone else. This is real magick, not fantasy.

Again, no. Unless you want to get deadly sick from a disease like diabetes (Insulin regulates blood sugar which will cause weight gain if your body cannot process it properly). Magick tends to take the path of least resistance.

Theres is another thread like that in this forum if i remember, using Hecate and moon power to do that. Try search it

Although it will not give you direct change but for sure it works.
