I dunno about the diet change much besides avoid processed foods. So one thing I’ve also noticed that makes such a huge difference about how much weight you retain is how often you poop when I was ballooning out I didn’t poop that often like once every 5 days so I think if I were to just try taking some fiber whatnot for regularity I’d be fine, when I was at my dad’s and losing the weight I was very regular, wasn’t holding onto it and continuesly absorbing the unneeded nutrients that just store as far.

This is the sigil i use on the soap spell! It means the word “fat”. I am not adding “body” or any organs or intent to the sigil other that the thing to get rid off.

That’s a very direct image I definitely can see how it writes fat nicely done. And no worries. I still have to record the stuff I was planning on writting down I got side tracked someone sent me 3 rituals banishment protection and one to basically hide you from all other spirits besides the ones you intend to interact with. I’ma definitely btry the intent for the organ fat might not get as much overall weight loss but I’ll definitely be able to appreciate the work.

lack of regular bowel movement means your body isn’t functioning right . not enough exercise or proper food which mess up metabolism.
Yea was in jail only went like once every 5days was horrible. I definitelywasnt getting the needed exercise they even have me a pill to help but did nothing
