Want to get by on less sleep?

This may interest many of you who feel like there aren’t enough Hours in the day… I’m going to test out some of these sleep cycles in a couple weeks(though It’s going to be a while before I can experiment with the Uberman Schedule)

I experimented with this a couple years ago with pretty good results. I eventually modified the poly phase to a more natural cycle. The effect this may have on melatonin levels I’m not a fan of as well as the bodies sleeping fast state. The longer ones asleep the more energy can be used to metabolize, heal, and repair damaged cells to keep the immune system strong.
