Wandering Spirit exercise review

Some of you may remeber that I spent the last month doing the Wandering Spirit exercise as given in Evoking Eternity.

I did this exercise every night for 20-25 minutes in various locations around the city I live in and had some interesting encounters and surprising side effects that were not expected but definitely feel this exercise would be much more valuable when used as steady part of one’s daily practice rather than only doing it for a set period of time and then moving on to something else.
