Sounds to me if he is going through all this trouble with you he is attracted to you or jealous of you (for some reason). Don’t take this wrong but you know a lot about this person for not knowing their name. So I am confused there.
Do what you can to strengthen and protect yourself first then work on attacks. Ignore him best you can so he thinks he is not “getting to you”.
You may want to try a mirror box spell also.
P.S. Nothing wrong with short. Lots of people find that attractive.

I have got to say I too find this absolutely weird> If I may take a wild guess by your handle, I’d say you live in Japan where people react differently to certain situation.
I remember a woman being sexually assaulted on a crowded train by a man sitting next to where she stood. She dared not scream or anything, but let it happen with tears streaming down her cheeks.
Nobody here in Europe or North America would stand for such an offensive, insulting and invasive behaviour against them.
So why do you allow this person to do this to you without doing something to deter him from continuing?
Yes, so he is an empath and he guesses all of your moves, actions and thoughts, it is still not a reason not to hit back> Already, he is even having more of power and a hold on you, as you are afraid of acting, because he’ll know or guess what you are up to. So what? This person is abusing and torturing him and you should not allow yourself to be held back in retaliating!
But if you still cannot bring yourself to do something magic-wise, how about going and seeing a professional, and paying them to do something to rid you of this enemy? If I were you, I’d perform a curse, a pell or whatever else against him every day of the week until something sticks and works. Surely, he is not invulnerable.
Why do you let this happen? if he has elder brothers, don’t you have one, or a cousin, or an uncle you can confide in, who could also approach him and simply tell him to back off you, or else! This individual is a bully, and as long as you continue to be passive, he’ll do it to you all your life. You are an easy victim that does not fight back, so why should he stop?
It is time to go on the attack!

I actually live in the Philippines. All my life I’ve been bullied because I was short, not even 5 feet. The funniest thing is most people who harassed me, calling me a child and ugly (trust me I’m not ugly I just don’t know why they call me that) are not even tall themselves. A lot of girls who did that are actually just 5’1! And the boys? They’re just like 5’5 or something. There was once an old woman who worked as a maid for us who was shorter than me but she too called me a child and harassed me for my appearance. But trust me I look normal, nothing odd with me. I just don’t know why I get so many unwanted attention even though there are so many short girls here in my country.
And here’s a story I haven’t shared with you 'til now: I used to live in a boarding house where people would insult me behind my back. I stayed in my room, but I could hear the dorm workers laughing at me, yelling at me insults, and talking about me. But when I confronted them about it, they simply denied it. I was so embarrassed because I couldn’t defend myself, and every one who lived there saw it. That’s why I can’t go to the jerk and confront him because the same thing might happen again.
I’ve been saving up my money for a professional, thing is it costs $250 which is steep for me, that’s why I posted here to ask for a free way to do this. He said he doesn’t need a name, just a picture of where he lives is fine. He can also use me as a link to him so he doesn’t need any info on him either.
I’m a girl, by the way, not a guy. So girls can be short, right?

There are plenty of spells and ideas in the Baneful Curses and Hexes section here for you. I wouldn’t pay someone else to do your magick for you but that is my personal opinion.
The Fool has posted some great info on NAP if you are limited on ritual space and privacy. You can do plenty of damage with it.
Yes, girls can be short. Lots of people are attracted to short girls. Try not to show them that these things bother you. It only feeds them.

I think of trying it out. Maybe I should place the sigil under our mattress to keep the bullies away? I don’t know if I understood it right though.
And yeah, they obviously want me to get upset these days, so I’m just trying to ignore them the best I can. But I’m still not ruling out the possibility of paying someone, since I really don’t have any privacy here, and besides I’m too pissed to do some ritual on my own. Like I need a calm mind or something.

Just a quick post to say that this spell is super effective!
Last week I used this on one of my flatmates ‘friends’- who was constantly bugging us, literally knocking on our door like 5 times a day, and then started getting aggressive with me when I made it pretty clear that I didn’t want him around.
At first I thought the spell had failed, as he turned up at our flat hours after I did it (and then again twice that same day), but heard nothing from him after that. Today I found out that he was arrested and went straight to prison, as he is a repeat offender. Should be locked up for at least 6 weeks our flatmate reckons. Yayness! 
Also, just to add that I did this during the planetary hour of Saturn, for some extra ‘oomph’ lol.

I used this spell back in the days when I was active on Evocation Magic although I don’t remember what for. I do remember that it worked though.

Here’s an idea for you, it’s a simple visualisation to keep two or more people apart.
This idea popped into my head a few months back when I needed two people to stay away from each other. I’m not sure if it’s something I read about in a book, on this forum or if I did just invent it myself. As far as I could tell it did work in keeping these people apart until I stopped repeating it often, basically until I stopped caring.
So you need to vislualise in your mind’s eye, a geometric shape with PARALLEL lines. I visualised this shape: [url=http://etc.usf.edu/clipart/40600/40683/pb_rhm_40683.htm]Large Rhombus for Pattern Block Set | ClipArt ETC
Then imagine the name of ‘person number 1’ written on the top line and ‘person 2’ on the bottom one, in your case it ‘person 1’ would obv be both your parents and ‘person 2’ your school or your teachers. Then while this image is in you mind-say something along the lines of… ‘person 1 (obv state their names) and person 2 are parallel lines- they will NEVER meet. This Is My Will- So Be It!’
The trick with these sort of visulisations is to really ‘push your will into it’. As you’re saying the above- really feel the need for your parents not to meet your school. Actually shout the command out in your head if you have to. Anyway, I repeated this a few times each day, every time i started worrying about them contacting each other.
I obviously can’t guarantee you’ll have success with this method, and if you’re more into physical rituals I’d recommend doing a bit of research into other possible spells of the sort. Just wanted to share this fwiw…

To aide you in binding or cursing the individual, you must give him a name ( I’m very surprised you’ve had so many dealings with this person & have no idea what his name is) give him a nickname based on his behaviour, like “watcher” or “the nosy one”, a name that would immediately bring him to mind & keep referring to him by this name. In fact, if you have run-ins with him, refer to him by this name. This connection will help you bind him. You must name your enemies before anyone can bind them, or curse them.

Invisibility is possible, just as in movies. A “UFO contactee” ( contact with demons/angels in my opinion) gave me proof of it. He made himself totally invisible and unheardable by me, sitting in daylight in front of me and chatting with my mom and another man. He was invisible only to me. COMPLETELY invisible and unaudible.

I had a guy who was insisting me to curse 10 peoples to death on Facebook. I told him directly that I won’t do it but he keeps threatening me.
So I sort of asked a group in Facebook for suggestions to get rid of this moron! And one of them suggested me this spell, tough it never worked for me but I still kicked him out with a help of my friend.

Important for me to say this is not MY spell, in any way - it was posted by Vovin, former admin of EvocationMagic.com forums, currently a mod I believe on its new incarnation as StudioArcanis. In 2014 EvocationMagic closed down, at the time it was stated that this would be permanent, and that was the primary motivation for me to post this here, so it didn’t get lost to the mists of time.
Vovin had, himself, similarly archived I Am’s Solar Grounding & Banishing Ritual from another forum, which I believe was closed or otherwise unavailable by the time Vovin posted it on EM in 2007.
I would never wish to even slightly take credit from another magician where it’s due, and this spell is right up there with the greats in terms of effectiveness and being able to be adapted to remove someone without harm to them.

Yesterday the current was strong I had to attend formal function, I had countless woman drawn to me sensing the current lots of men/partners non believers giving me stare down.
A woman walked into a glass door in a trance whilst giving me the eye major confidence boost worried if she was ok! .
The night before in conducting evocation Lilith filled me, breathing her spirit with every breath I felt just a small part a seeker given a little taste of her i want more.

Drachir’s post reminded me, I should probably post in here. This spell works wonders and very quickly for a stalker issue a friend was having. I cast this on the target and all contact was broken that day and haven’t heard anything since. Thanks for the wonderful post
