Visited by Man in Top Hat (but not Hat Man)

A few mornings ago I had got up for a bit and went back to bed. As I was idly dreaming, I had a vision of a desert in bright daylight. I was approached by a man with light skin and black curly hair, light beard and mustache, wearing a top hat. Sort of like Slash with shorter hair and no glasses. He was wearing a dapper 19th century waistcoat and jacket with gloves, all black. Slim build, maybe 5’7"

He looked at me and asked “What do you want… What do you want to be?” As I turned to look him in the face, instantly there appeared WW2 style aviator goggles completely blacked out so I couldn’t get a good look and was instantly wide awake and sitting up in bed.

Who do you think this could be? It doesn’t really match the descriptions I can find of the Hat Man. The desert may have been the same one I saw Samael in a few weeks ago. But it didn’t feel the same. Or maybe it was some kind of trickster.

I didn’t feel any kind of emotion with it. More like a sense of curiosity as he approached, then the moment I tried to look it was he didn’t want to be seen, like it wasn’t time yet and he’ll be back. Haven’t seen him since

Most spirits are shapeshifters and can appear however they want.
Typically it can relay off of your subconscious. I.e a succubi will appear as somebody you have a crush on. Or if you know your stuff: you can will them to appear however you want

You want look for spirits of flight/aviation in this case would be my first guess.
Or spirits that are symbolic of desert terrains.

If there was many cracks in the ground as if there was an earthquake: You should ask Agares who by my description is also a Master of Flight.
You could also ask Beelzebub, whom is the lord of all things that fly. Everything from mosquitos to massive planes.
There’s also weather spirits that can influence the terrain such as Furfur or Leviathan.

Just make sure to play it safe and banish incase it’s an impostor trying to reel you in with desires.

@Frlk I’ve Heard This Description For Asmodeus In Latin American Left Hand Path Practices. Maybe Ask Someone Who Works In That Area.
