My 4 neighbors are dog owners. They treated the dogs very bad. Dogs have skin sick, being hit sometimes, and chained under the sun, forced to give birth many times.
Lastly, when the dogs become too many, they sell their dogs to butchers.
Police and Law department here don’t care about animals, this situation has happened for 8 years.
I believe these pepple don’t deserve to live. I’m trying to do evocation to call goetic spirits for help destroying them,I did 2 rituals, nothing happened during evocation yet. After all, I’m still a newbie. If anyone can give me some advice, I’d be very appreciate
I’m a newbie as well but I Don’t Evoke yet, If it’s nothing then you must research about those spirits as well as figure out what offering to give them. Advice from someone at the similar level. You need your Astral senses and energy workings to even sense them at all, I hope I’m right though. The experts probably would help more than what I’m saying.
Make sure to check for imposters/parasites to banish them, Cleanse your space too. If you can look up Spiritual hygiene as well as what I just said of the last two you’ll be good. Good luck on defeating those terrible Owners💜
In my experience any situation to resolve does not always require evocation. Your problem can be sorted out with a simple sigil magick using the sigils of demons and angels. Well i got the name of sorath in mind when i read your post.
Angels of Wrath- many rituals for dealing with people causing you or others harm. Easy to do, you don’t need any special equipment or to evoke anything. All you need to do is focus and concentrate fully when doing the rituals. This book has worked many many times for me. I’d start with a binding on your neighbours to begin with. There is a ritual in the book for that. Then one to get them to move away from you.

Several rituals in there to deal with problematic people/situations. Rituals are simple to do as well.

Take pictures and videos describe the problem to an animal welfare organization they have lawyers and do not agree with such treatment of animals.
Normally if the police are not forced they will not do anything about it.

if your new to magick you should probably lay off of goetic contact as alot of them are not newbie friendly however if you are willing to continue doing conjurations of goetic spirits or any other chaotic or “dark” force i recommend Lilith in this case. She is known to oppress those oppressing others, this sounds like oppression to me.

and get her seal from online. These 2 things will act almost like a telephone number, directly contacting her, metaphorically, by “telephone”.
You can also just write a written petition including her seal at the bottom like an official emblem and burn it.
Make sure to leave an offering, dont do this without giving her something in return. Imagine somone coming up to you and asking you to do a big job for free, its pretty offensive to her, her abilities and her power. She deserves payment.
I recommend you petition her rather than conjure considering your a newbie.

If you come across a person who just wants to do their eight hours of work, it won’t help. Ordinary people don’t want to expose themselves to unpleasantness.
Here, fanatics and hype are needed. If you were to post on social media, you would also send it to groups, or maybe you would come across a well-known person on the internet and an animal rights activist.
The question is whether they are really treated so badly.
