actually when the building was sold off about couple decade ago. my dad was asked to be the manager but he turned it down without asking any of us. we could of helped him. he is a social phobia person. exaggerating but he isn’t a people person. he thinks everyone out to get him. than again, the tenants then were crazy people. so he probably couldn’t handle it with his limited english.
That would of been opportunity. however, it was the past so it shows how some opportunity was lost in hindsight. Or it’s not opportunity cuz the previous previous manager had to deal with alot of nonsense and lots of the crazies got evicted, bought out or over dose. don’t need to cry over spilt milk. lol. my mom’s doing that. bringing up past that was like 50 yrs ago to blame dad for all the hardships of her current life.
Everything is like that. You learn in hindsight. Just like my past friend being a traitor. If that didn’t happen, i wouldn’t of explored magick deeper or been on this site. Some unpleasant events in one’s life may trigger good things in life. We never know how events line up. It could be fate or destiny that we go through certain things. Life isn’t meaningful without some troubles. The pain and suffering we get builds character.
This situation may help me look good in interviews cuz i can tell stories about how i got rid of noise in the block and took initiative to educate manager about his job or my tenacity to not quit and make effort to solve things.
Actually we looked at the offer. it was not good. they just cover rent for a studio. All management have to be through approval of company so you can’t do whatever. It seems to be just puppet manager like babysitting to see if any emergencies or trouble arise. They want to sell off the building but in this pandemic i think it would be hard for them to find buyer. I think the 10 or so investors want to sell cuz they strap. you don’t get all the authorization to do what a real manager does.
People getting mass shot left and right so i guess my issue is small potatoes as comparison. STill room for improvement with my magick to curse him. Eventually my magick will rid him. If not, at least he suffers.

so the manager don’t know his job. he’s too passive and have people phobia. i say that cuz he’s afraid to talk in person. make it so hard to interact in person. afraid to knock and talk to tenant during time of violation past 10pm. He would let them blast music all nite and send text notice next weekday.
The down stair neighbor blasting music bass again this morning. Manager text me to ask if he play music this morning. he only did that cuz i email an official notice of complaints with list of all the times of violation and even reference to the laws being breach. As well as said i called the police. that’s to show seriousness of this but he’s still not taking it serious. I guess he gots no skills in problem solving or communication skills. young folks and their addiction to cell phones. they gots not people skills. Before, he just ignore and do nothing basically other than text to turn down music but no follow up. when informed he didn’t listen to turn down music . he just waits.
Just when he text this morning. neighbor start playing music. I told him to come up to our apartment to witness it first hand. He didn’t. he goes and knock on the neighbor’s door alerting him. what an idiot manager. don’t know common sense thing is to check out the location of disturbance as witness otherwise tenant will keep talking BS that he didn’t violate tenant law. manager of course says it’s not loud music when the door opened. Of course the neighbor will turn down music to answer the door. Now that he’s alerted he been playing lower than usual. manager told me he inform tenant that it’s the bass. tenant says he will adjust base. I told manager few hrs later, obviously , he didn’t make changes cuz it’s still thumping upstairs. manager told me tenant will let him check the bass later evening. AS IF!! he don’t know how to turn off bass. Just excuse that he don’t know how to use echo speaker. he had it for long time. no bass before , how come bass nonstop for the last 2 weeks? Can’t believe manager fall for tenant’s BS.
Now the idiot manager will likely not believe me about loud volume cuz he didn’t experience first hand the bass and noise volume. why? cuz the tenant is now alerted so he will behave.
how hard is it to follow request of ’ come up to my apt to witness it now if your in the building?’ he goes to alert tenant instead.
of course right now he turn off bass. tenant knows he doing it on malice. cuz he knows it vibrates. if you know it vibrates, why keep playing nonstop? especially when told many times.
can’t believe manager got hired when he afraid to talk to people to see what’s up. he wants to do everything through text.
Most likely idiot tenant will behave for short time and restart blasting music again. Could of been easily solved if manager just come up to witness the violation but he refuse to do so somehow. manager don’t even remind him of building tenant rules either.
I guess we will see if hot foot oil spell will work. I’m getting it in the mail this week. dont’ know or don’t want to make it myself so a bought version is alternative.
The spells i cast on the alleyway is still working. it’s quiet outside. now the noise is often on weekends. that’s when the crazies are about dealing drugs and getting high hanging around.
