something is really working. the police cleared out the alleyway friday and stayed all afternoon in the block to tell homeless to not tent here. But the mexicans never listen so they try to come the weekend and blasting music. I reported that they come back as usual and making noise/ blasting music. them doing their dealer stuff and ignoring my talking out the window to stop blasting music.
And today on monday , the police cleared out the few tents that were here. they usually don’t stay all afternoon or clear out friday and then monday. I guess they don’t work weekends. Effort in complaints that the mayor and city failed us and frequent complaints about drug dealers and noise must of finally got their attention.
Let’s see how long it last. but it is so sweet and quiet. =o)
So don’t listen to the naysayer. Do what you can. Effort matters even if it seems unsurmountable against you. Don’t let fear get in your way. Dont’ be afraid even if they are hoodlums dealers.
You can do your thing without direct confrontation or turn self into target.

That is too much energy for me. I would either 1. move locations or 2. wear ear plugs to sleep. I don’t know how you are able to live like this. I just couldn’t.

I’m not a quitter nor a coward. If you run, then you will run for the rest of your life. I have no choice but to stay as you read my past post on my situation. Life’s circumstance don’t allow me to just move at will as i’m not financially free. You deal with what is dealt to you. Even more so with the covid situation, One can’t just up and move when everything is shut down and no work. Also , I got great rent control that can’t be beat. Not gonna move to pay 4 times the rent that i can’t afford. moving means being homeless. Thats is worse off than dealing with the noise. No one will put themselves in worse situation than one is in unless they local. haha
Moving would be the same. noise everywhere. it’s the city.
It’s been the best week of quiet. So magick is working. It just took some time. persistence, effort and determination matters. If one don’t have such then how will one live life? I see this as a test of will and life lessons. Earplugs don’t work, i hear own breathing heartbeat. LOL. I have good hearing ears.
the city clear out the street again. couple days and homeless start encamping. at least they are quiet but they still messy. The mexicans speaking dealers might of gotten the message as i don’t hear them in 2 days. they might of move location, learned to be quiet or got caught with all the drug dealing tips i gave. It was the dealers associates that make noise and blast music. Them normal homeless are respectful quiet. They sleep at night unlike the dealers who are awake at night making noise. complain to the city and about mayor that failed us and somehow they take action. I think the city is clearing up streets to prevent dealers sleeping during daytime so it interrupt their sleep patterns to be awake at night.
if one don’t have determination and perseverance, how will one learn magick? coward’s way is to run away which isn’t the least resistance cause you compromised yourself to be true to self. It’s like the noisy neighbors that many experience. Do you tell the management they breaking noise law or do you move out? Some things don’t warrant you sacrificing yourself. Moving is not easy. It involves so many things. And can you guarantee that you get the same rent price where the new place is ? let alone if that place is quiet? or safe? think of the big picture not just simple suggestion. There’s so many factors. Moving out is not a simple fix as you think.
It’s like your kids getting bully at school. Do you move school? that would be the least resistance base on your suggestion.
Right now , it’s peaceful quiet. magick and effort is working. so moving out would of been the wrong choice. think long term. it just took time for magick to work. it’s not cast and it is done instantly. People gotta have patience with magick. I see too many instant gratification types.
And i get karma points to rid of dealers and addicts. haven’t seen the dealers come in days. i think they got caught or afraid due to me saying frequently out my window to report to police that they hang around here. lol. Not only that. i tell everyone that lives in the building in this block that if they hear music blasting, tell the police so they do something. This way, everyone on the block is aware of dealers.
Ok dude don’t tie up your whole sense of self and self dignity in this issue. If moving your home (which yes requires Abit of effort on your part) solves the problem then what’s wrong with the idea. You’re still a man, you’re not a coward for wanting to go someplace else to get a good night’s sleep.
Now fine if you really feel like your manhood is on the line here then take your stand and fight the good fight.
End of the day man it’s you whose house or apartment doesn’t feel like a home. If magick and other activities are ameliorating the problem then I say continue on brother.

I’m at an age where I need a peaceful home. Id just move if it was me. You can’t control other people’s behavior only thing you can do is choose how to respond to it.

yes, that would be your response which isn’t the best for everyone. you have the finance to run away. Not everyone does. It’s not toxic to fight your rights. If everyone runs, then the world would not be a better place.
I’m very happy getting my results. It’s not about manhood. It’s about making your life better. If there’s trouble that comes into life, you dont’ go running away all the time. noise is not that big an issue that warrant a person to move as first choice without trying other possible means to deal with it. Each situation is different and different circumstance for each individual.

i did good. i got peace to the whole block for all the other tenants living in the block. There is big improvement. From hourly noise day and night to barely any music blasting. I don’t see dealers making noise these past 5 days. Of course it helps that police is working to catch them dealers too. efforts of magick and mundane complaints. magick alone wouldn’t of worked.
no one can affect my core self. i’m pretty trained in chi kung/ tai chi / self cultivation practices. etc…
part of it is to teach my parents. they think it’s beyond help. especially downstairs neighbor blasting music 1am 2 am. guess what? my complaint to manager got him to stop. It tells my parents you can’t be scared and passive.
It’s really small stuff. it’s good magick practice since i’m in lockdown.
It would of been worse if i was working full time with no time to recover. since it’s not noise 24/7 there’s some recover time to stay sane.
It’s also a good high when you mess up dealers’ business cuz they get punished for disrupting your quiet time.
And cuz your magick gets results, it reinforce your skills of magick and that your in the right path. Just let it be a life lesson or to learn things. Any obstacles in life is just chance to learn and practice skills of some sorts.
If one run away, than one can’t learn stuff. And you can use it as story of how you took initiative to solve problem at job interviews. minus the telling of casting magick to curse people of course. lol.
today i saw a guy graffiti the alleyway of the motel across my building. I called the motel and they came outside to check it out and caught the guy. Instead of calling police, they told the guy to paint . he don’t know how to paint. haha. At least he got caught with my help. he’s painting over the graffiti.
Probably won’t do nothing to the guy cuz you know them addicts and homeless folks. They don’t care. They will keep doing graffiti crime with no remorse. At least he won’t write on this wall again.
So it’s been swell with the homeless /drug dealers. Got good results and quiet. hopefully that continues for long time.
Except now the down stair tenant blasting and yelling music tonite past curfew 10pm into past midnight. I guess i have to cast more spells on the down stair dirt bag. I haven’t cast spell on him for months. I really need to upkeep my spells on him. This time continue baneful magick spells to mess up his life.
I don’t think i can rely on the landlord to evict him as eviction in covid situation probably isn’t what landlord wants in this time. Guess i have to mess him up other ways. I think my past spells for him to be sick got him to be quiet for couple months. lol. Maybe i don’t have enough anger in my spells toward him so it don’t last. Gotta amp up that anger. More magick practice for me. I haven’t been doing much magick lately since things going well. So i guess it’s good practice.
so the noisy homeless is in good progress. there’s more different group of people. Atleast they are real homeless and not just drug dealers who’s pretending to be homeless to deal drugs. They don’t blast music. The dealers come by less cuz of these other homeless. I think some of these homeless are dealers too but they are more quiet type and discreet.
On another note, the downstairs neighbors start upping his bass to thump the walls on purpose for hrs. he haven’t been doing it for over a yr. i think he’s doing it in retaliation of my complaint of noise past sleep hrs til 2am. So he’s making highest volume on bass during day for hrs. It’s on purpose.
The problem is the new manager is a newbie amature. he’s scared to do his job. he didn’t even knock on the door to tell tenant to turn off music . he just text the guy and wait to ask management company what to do. the company don’t care about noise complaint. I inform manager that he blast the walls with bass for hrs and that it violate CA law penal code 415 sec 2 .of disturbing peace. I don’t think this new manager knows anything . he probably lie to get hired. He’s a young guy and probably support the music blasting. he says he’s ok with music in the day. he don’t realize it depends on the volume that violates the law.
So I cast spell for new manager to change his mind to support us to solve this issues. hopefully he will do something. he don’t seem too supportive or just dont’ know his job or what to do. he’s even afraid to knock on tenants doors when they violate noise ordinance. oh well, back to magick casting. if manager dont’ do anything. he too will get baneful magick for not doing job. haha. either way. i win.
Do you have access to the breaker box? I use to flip the switch on my downstairs neighbor every so often. “Darn power outage again!” And only our house. He wasn’t the brightest.

lol. but if i do that, it affect other tenants too. it’s not only to him. it’s to the section of the floor. And if caught, you can get evicted real quick. the breaker box is in the open. they can just open their front door to the hallway and see you.
It’s just the manager is clueless newbie. the management company hire him just so they have him here for emergencies. They only pay him rent . he also work another job. I had to educate him about the laws that tenants is breaking everyone’s basic rights to quiet. And the disturbing other’s peace which is punishable by fine or 90 day in jail as misdemeanor. He probably won’t enforce it. he’s a chicken. he wouldnt’ even knock on tenant’s door when they blast music 1m -2am. All he did was text to stop. i contact him later that tenant didnt’ stop. he say sorry and i can’t do anything. i would have to consult what to do with the management company. That tellls me he’s just a puppet manager with no knowledge. he lacks people skills. he didn’t even introduce himself as manager when he first got hired. he posted an intro on lobby bulletin board. how the hell people know he’s manager if he don’t introduce himself? i can’t believe people like him get hired under qualified.
I even told him i got the alleyway to be more quiet and than have to deal with idiot neighbor blasting as replacement. It’s worse cuz he crank the bass so vibration thump on walls and to humans which is me. It affect one’s health and any relaxation activity such as nap/ sleep/ quiet reading ,etc… Manager probably don’t care. I did his job for him to quiet the block. of course he don’t see that. He thinks it’s ok music during the day. He don’t realize there is this ‘unreasonable’ description that’s part of the noise ordinance. it’s not just about time factor. People just don’t know how to read details specifics of the law.
I’m surprise the neighbor below him don’t complain. they have a baby and i’m sure they hear him blasting music and vibration. Too many cowards in this world that don’t stand up for self or one’s rights.
It was so good for longest time with neighbor from my spells. i guess the spell wore off. that’s why him starting again. I know he’s doing it on purpose cuz he haven’t turn up bass for over a yr being scolded by previous manager. he up the bass cuz i complain on him blasting music up to 2 am.
i’m not optimistic about him solving the issue. I would have to cast another round of ‘master curse’ on the stupid disrespectful neighbor. Also , i don’t think they want to give him evict warning cuz it’s pandemic and they don’t want an empty apt. If they keep him, company gets monthly rent. my city is still in lockdown, most places and many no job unless they in tech.
