How to cast a generational curse? Black Magick & The Left Hand Path

There’s often a lot of talk about people suspecting that they are suffering from generational curses and breaking such curses, but not a lot of help in the area of actually casting one on a target. It must have been that easy for witches all over the world to hex whole bloodlines! Does anyone have any ideas or sourced for how to launch a generational curse? Such a thing would be the best revenge because your target will be long dead, and theoretically would have to watch their descendants suffer. A mason from witchy family shared this affirmation to reverse curses placed upon you, and send them back to the sender. "Those that mock and curse me, shall be mocked and cursed seven generations seven fold!! Curse them and their house down to their DNA, soul, spirit, and life essence until ten fold owed is paid."
