Create a filter in the astral. Imagine a white disc in front of your left hand, about the size of a dinner plate. As you pull in the energy, it has to pass through the filter, leaving you with pure chi. You can also program the filter to feed on the negative energy.

You program everything in magick with your intent. Simply state that it will feed of the energy and feel your reality shift into to that state

Each time i read about the subject, it was always the three same steps used:
- absorbing the negativity.
- converting it
- project the converted energy
You can for instance using a stone/crystal that absorb negativity, put it on salt (that will neutralize it) and then place another stone/crystal that will project good energy towards the target.
Another example from Mat Auryn last book: take three candles, one black, one gray and one white.
Name the back candle after what you want to banish.
Name the grey one “convert”
And name the white one after what you want to project.
